Welcome to The Bhakti Circle. By registering for and participating in the Bhagavad Gita Diploma Course or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with registration.

1. Course Registration

Registration for the Bhagavad Gita Diploma Course is subject to availability. By completing the registration form and making payment, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. The Bhakti Circle reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration if false or misleading information is provided.

2. Course Fee & Payment

Course fees are as displayed on our website at the time of registration. Payment must be completed in full through our secure payment gateway (PhonePe) before your registration is confirmed. Student subsidized pricing is available when you declare student status during registration.

3. Course Access

Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive access details for the live online sessions via Zoom. Session schedules, dates, and timings are communicated at the time of registration. The Bhakti Circle reserves the right to modify the schedule with reasonable prior notice to participants.

4. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain respectful conduct during all sessions. Recording, distributing, or reproducing course content without prior written permission from The Bhakti Circle is strictly prohibited.

5. Student Pricing

Participants may select subsidized student pricing by confirming they are currently enrolled students at registration. By selecting this option, you confirm that the declaration is accurate. The Bhakti Circle reserves the right to adjust pricing or cancel registration if false information is provided.

6. Completion Certificate & Benefits

Completion certificates, meditation kits, and the Vrindavan tour benefit are provided to participants who successfully complete the course as per the criteria defined by The Bhakti Circle. Benefits are non-transferable.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Bhakti Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the course. We are not responsible for technical issues on the participant's end that may affect access to live sessions.

8. Changes to Terms

The Bhakti Circle reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
