Refund Policy
Conditions under which refunds may be requested for the Bhagavad Gita Diploma Course. We strive to provide a meaningful learning experience while handling requests fairly.

General Refund Policy
Course fees paid for the Bhagavad Gita Diploma Course are generally non-refundable once registration is confirmed and payment is processed. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis as outlined below.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
Course cancellation by us
Full refund if The Bhakti Circle cancels the course for any reason.
Duplicate payment
Full refund of the duplicate amount upon verification.
Early cancellation
Cancel at least 7 days before course start — refund minus 10% processing fee.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
After the course has commenced (first session conducted)
Unable to attend due to personal scheduling conflicts
Failure to complete the course or meet completion criteria
Meditation kits or physical materials already dispatched
How to Request a Refund
Email or call us with the following details:
- Your full name and registered email address
- Registration / payment transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
Refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Course Transfer Option
Instead of a refund, you may request to transfer your registration to a future batch of the Bhagavad Gita Diploma Course, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made before the course start date.
